Zest Waterfront Venues
About
Overview & Vibe
Zest Waterfront Venues runs two of Sydney's most-awarded wedding houses, both perched directly over the water: The Beachouse at Point Piper inside the Royal Motor Yacht Club, and The Boathouse at The Spit on Middle Harbour's beach. Six-time ABIA Best Reception Venue (NSW) winners, they've made relaxed waterfront luxury their signature.
Setting & Style
Point Piper channels a stylish Hamptons beach house — oyster-shell walls, limewash timber floors and marina views across to the eastern suburbs. The Spit's Boathouse pairs warm timber and imported stone with gold-leaf ceilings right on the sand. Both venues include Zest's in-house styling: runners, candles, lanterns, feature lighting and furniture in rustic, vintage, modern or custom looks.
Ideal For
Couples wanting an absolute-waterfront Sydney wedding with styling handled — from intimate rooms of 40 to harbourside parties of 450 cocktail-style.
The Need-to-Knows
- The Spit: up to 280 seated with dancefloor or 450 cocktail; operable walls create intimate rooms.
- Point Piper: up to 160 seated with dancefloor or 300 cocktail, plus the renovated Commodores Room for ceremonies and small events.
- In-house styling included in all packages; menus by the Executive Chef span three-course, share platters or roving degustation.
- Winner of ABIA Best Reception Venue (NSW) 2018-2024 and National Winner 2022-2023.
Standout Feature
Two genuinely on-the-water venues with styling, catering and multi-award-winning wedding execution under one roof — you pick the harbour view, Zest does the rest.
