Maleny Manor has done one thing since 1989 — weddings — from a white gabled manor on 30 private hinterland acres with the coast sweeping away to Mount Coolum. It’s the Sunshine Coast’s original destination wedding estate.
Couples choose three ceremony stages: the garden beneath the great Crows Ash tree, the sandstone-paved pavilion, or the elevated grass Helipad floating above the coastal view — each with a wet-weather fallback. Receptions run behind floor-to-ceiling windows with fireplace and dance floor, spilling into the festoon-lit garden party space, while the Loft upstairs hosts the getting-ready hours and seven ensuited guest rooms keep the wedding party on the hill.
Couples wanting a dedicated wedding house — coastal-view ceremonies, decades of craft and rooms for the night.
The Helipad ceremony — an elevated grass stage with the whole Sunshine Coast as your congregation.
