LOT.100
About
Overview & Vibe
LOT.100 turned a Hay Valley cattle pasture into the Hills' most industrial-cool wedding estate — 84 hectares with its own craft brewery and distillery behind the bar, an eight-metre stone fireplace in the Cellar Door and backlit gums over the deck.
Setting & Style
Two distinct spaces set the scale: the Cellar Door's wood-clad, polished-concrete hall with open kitchen and stone fireplace flows onto the big deck beneath towering, backlit Australian gums for receptions of up to 130; the 20-by-30-metre black Courtyard Marquee takes celebrations to 500 amid landscaped grounds. The house drinks are made metres away, the kitchen puts on 'a modern twist to an otherwise agriculturally inspired experience', and the function kit carries the detail for planners.
Ideal For
Couples wanting agricultural-modern scale — brewery-fresh drinks, stone and gum-light, from 100 guests to 500.
The Need-to-Knows
- Cellar Door and deck host up to 130 guests; Courtyard Marquee up to 500.
- On-site craft brewery and drinks production; open kitchen dining.
- Function kit published for download; events team handles enquiries.
- 68 Chambers Road, Hay Valley — 84 hectares of orchard and gum country.
Standout Feature
The deck under the backlit gums — canopy lighting that turns the trees into the reception ceiling.
