Setting & Style

Ceremonies happen under a glory-vine arbour or on the manicured lawns; a eucalyptus hardwood verandah wraps the front of the cellar door for canapés and cocktail hour; then the Barrel Room takes over for dinner on handcrafted long Oregon tables. Pricing is provided on enquiry — the wedding package is released once you complete the venue's form. No per-head rate, room hire, minimum spend or package figure is published.
The only dollar figures the winery publishes are cellar door trade rather than wedding rates: a regional platter $50 for two, a cheese and wine flight $25 per person, and a local artisan cheese tasting plate $15 per person.
There is a function fee threshold on casual bookings worth knowing before assuming a small celebration can just book platters: 'Please note that platter bookings for celebrations larger than 12 guests will incur a function fee.'
External caterers are permitted with conditions: 'Gomersal Wines highly recommends several local Caterers who is experienced with working in our Venue. The process of sourcing menus and prices is simple. Any other preferred caterer you select must be able to supply Gomersal Wines with their ABN and supply a Certificate of Currency.' The deposit terms are strict and fast: 'At your request, a member of our team will email you our Wedding Registration Form to fill out and return.
