Samples in store run size 6 to 32 — an exceptionally wide try-on range — most of those gowns can be ordered in 2 to 40, and depending on the designer the store can order 0 to 40+. Bridal products run $89 to $2,699 with a median around $799. If a bride is outside even that range, the FAQ says the team has ‘creative ways of making sure you can experience the look of your desired dress’.

The Need-to-Knows

Bridal appointments run 60 to 90 minutes and are booked online; no appointment fee is published. Ordering takes a 50% deposit, with the balance due when the gown arrives; ready-to-wear stock is paid in full. Formal and bridesmaid dresses can take up to four months to arrive, so the store asks for at least six months’ lead time on those.
