Daniel Livings photographs weddings and elopements on the east coast of Tasmania. He and his partner moved to the island several years ago after trips that left him, in his words, with an insatiable appetite for its rugged beauty, and the work has stayed close to that coastline ever since. He cut his teeth as a travel and landscape photographer and applies a photojournalistic lens to storytelling. His own test is simple: if it looks and feels right, it might be something beautiful. The phrase he leads with is capturing love, however that may exist, through timeless imagery.

Elopements start at $1,650, weddings at $2,650 and engagement sessions at $600; a combined photography-and-celebrant elopement package starts at $3,000. He suggests two hours for most elopements and a minimum of four for a wedding, and extra hours can be added on the day. Turnaround is generally two weeks for a wedding and one for an elopement, delivered through Pic-Time in both web and print sizes.
