Glenbosch is a vineyard and distillery on the Beechworth–Wangaratta Road at Everton Upper, in the Beechworth wine region. The estate is built to an Italian Renaissance idea — stone buildings, a fountain, avenues of cypress — and it sells weddings as whole-estate hire with the accommodation included, which is unusual enough to be the point.

Setting & Style

A long low pavilion with a vine-covered pergola down one side, opening onto lawn with cypresses and the vineyard beyond. Ceremonies happen on the terrace under a floral arch or out on the grass; receptions run inside or under the pergola, festoon-lit after dark. Four wellness cottages and a bridal salon sit on the property.

Couples who want the venue and the beds as one booking, and who like knowing the whole price before they enquire — Glenbosch is one of the few venues in this database that publishes its package totals outright.

The Need-to-Knows

Three packages, all priced, all excluding GST. Daytime (Monday, 2026 pricing) $4,750 — grounds for the ceremony, venue for four hours over lunch, accommodation for the couple, up to 50 guests. Weekday (Thursday, 2027 pricing) $12,750 — the whole estate from 3pm the day before to 10am the day after, four cottages for two nights. Weekend (Saturday, 2027 pricing) $16,750 — the same with the cottages for three nights.
Food is separate and starts at $85 per head cocktail style, $110 sit-down, from the in-house kitchen. A food truck is permitted instead.
All four cottages are included in the venue fee, worth $6,000–$9,000 by the venue’s own reckoning, along with furniture, decor, cutlery and glassware (worth $3,000) and use of the bridal salon (worth $600). Caravans can be parked.
The drinks rule contradicts itself and needs asking about. The packages list a “BYO alcohol option”, but the FAQ states: “no other wine is allowed… you will use our wine and spirits.” Both are the venue’s own words. Confirm what BYO actually covers before planning the bar.
A $3,500 deposit signs the contract. Package details can be changed up to three months out and guest numbers up to three weeks out.
A wedding coordinator is included at no charge, with two planning meetings. No cleaning fee if the venue is left as found; broken glassware is charged around $15 each.

A weekday wedding at 2027 pricing is $12,750: a Thursday, an estate wedding coordinator, a private wedding, the venue and gardens from 3pm the day before to 10am the day after, four wellness cottages for two nights, furniture, décor, cutlery and glassware, use of the bridal salon, a planning guide and a vendor guide. A weekend wedding at 2027 pricing is $16,750, the same as the weekday package but with the cottages for three nights.
