Ivory Bride is a by-appointment bridal studio in South Melbourne, curating “a curated edit of exclusive and highly sought-after designers from Europe and Australia”. It began in Warrnambool in 2019 and moved to the city, and the pitch is deliberately narrow: labels you will not find on every rack, shown one bride at a time in a private 90-minute appointment.

The Need-to-Knows
A private 90-minute appointment, booked online with a small non-refundable booking fee that comes off your gown on the day. You may reschedule once with 72 business hours’ notice; a fee applies to a no-show or a cancellation inside 48 hours. The change suite takes the bride plus four guests, and the studio is direct about why: “too many contradicting opinions can become very overwhelming.” It suggests starting nine to twelve months out.

- A small non-refundable booking fee secures your date and time, and is redeemable against your gown on the day.
- The booking fee is not refunded under any circumstances, including finding your gown elsewhere.
