Cocktail weddings carry minimum food catering by duration: up to 2 hours $55pp, 3 hours $77pp, 4 hours $88pp, 5 hours $99pp, 6 hours $110pp; individual canapes are $6pp standard, $7pp signature, $7pp signature dessert and $12pp substantial, with food stations from $25pp to $45pp. Upgrades include alternate drop of two menu items +$10pp per course, choice of two or more items +$20pp per course, additional side dish +$5pp, three chef's selection canapes +$18pp and dessert stations +$15pp to +$35pp. Platters shared to the table run $12pp for cheese, $25pp mezze, $30pp antipasto, $45pp seafood and $65pp for lobster served individually. Beverage packages apply to all adult guests for the full duration of the event; the zero-alcohol package is $34pp for two hours rising to $44pp for six, with a two-hour cocktail package at $39pp, a one-hour premium pre-dinner package at $28pp, bottled water +$8pp and two hours of Champagne Taittinger +$35pp then +$8pp per hour thereafter.
