The first appointment is complimentary and runs 90 minutes — the "Classic Bridal" appointment, a private consultation with a dedicated stylist in a private fitting room.
Two paid VIP tiers are offered: a VIP Experience at 1.5 hours for $180 and an Ultimate VIP at 2 hours for $260.
Follow-up appointments: a complimentary 1-hour follow up, or a Deluxe Reveal / Follow Up at 1 hour for $150.
Walk-ins are not generally accommodated: "We do not generally have the capacity to accommodate walk-ins so it is best to always make an appointment."
Complimentary bubbles: "You and your girls can get comfortable, settle in and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles."
