• Exclusive use is mandatory for weddings, which is the single most important commercial fact about this venue and effectively sets the price floor: 'We pride ourselves on offering all of our guests privacy, relaxation and serenity, therefore weddings and large events are only bookable when the whole of the Evanslea property is booked. This way you can enjoy having your friends and family with you throughout your entire day.' A couple is therefore booking four cottages plus Evanslea House, not a function room.
