Every gown in the catalogue publishes an individual price and size, which is unusual in Australian bridal retail.
All sales are final, in store and online. Gowns are sold on an as-is basis with no refunds or exchanges, except for a major fault in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Flexible lay-by is available and can be arranged at an appointment.
The studio does not offer in-house alterations, but recommends trusted bridal seamstresses.
Brides can consign a designer gown in excellent condition for the studio to resell.
Hire garments include professional dry cleaning after return; purchased gowns are sold in the condition shown at the time of sale.
