The Woods Farm sits on forty acres of private woodland at Tomerong, five minutes from the Shoalhaven’s white sand beaches — a bush chapel hidden in the trees, a wedding shed, and a glamping village and cottages spread through the paddocks.
Vows happen in an open-air bush chapel among native bushland, then the party moves to the wedding shed, which has a commercial kitchen behind it. The farm caters in-house across food stations, grazing tables, shared feasts and a classic three-course menu, with drinks by package, bar tab or on consumption. Accommodation is the real feature: eight individually styled three-bedroom country cabins and eighteen glamping tents take the whole guest list, up to 120 people, so nobody drives home. A recovery breakfast, yoga, welcome gifts for the cottages and free styling supplies come with it, and the property fills out with an outdoor pool and pool house, a BBQ courtyard, a French-style herb and flower garden, a bike shed, a kids’ playground and farm animals — horses, goats, alpacas, chickens, cows, peacocks and ponies.
