She Is Everli is a Sydney stationery studio working at the luxury end of the trade, with a handful of named collections designed as complete looks — invitation, menu, place card, table number and signage all drawn from the same hand. The register is restrained and elegant rather than playful, and the studio works with couples across Australia and overseas. Everything is made to order and personalised; nothing is sold off the shelf.
Pieces are printed on heavy card — 350gsm in white or ivory, or a 270gsm burgundy — with foil stamping, letterpress and luxury paper upgrades offered as premium finishes on top. The range reaches well past paper: fabric welcome signs, personalised ribbons, urn-shaped and oval cut menus, folded name cards and memorial signage all sit in the same collections, so a whole room can be matched rather than just the invitation suite. ⓘ The studio also sells editable digital templates through a separate marketplace shop if you would rather print yourself — that is a different product from its printed work, and it says so.
Couples who want one cohesive look carried across every printed thing at the wedding, and who are willing to spend for heavier stock and a premium finish. The collection structure does the coordinating for you, which suits a bride who knows the feeling she wants but not the specifics. It also works from a distance — the whole process runs by enquiry, quote and emailed proof, with tracked shipping across Australia and worldwide.
A published wedding timeline that tells you when to order what — save-the-dates first, then seating charts, place cards, ribbons and table numbers at the planning stage, then menus, bar signage, welcome signs and order of service six to eight weeks out, with all wording and guest names approved four to six weeks before. Very few stationers set that out, and it is the part couples most often get wrong.
