Wilde Visual is a Burleigh Heads studio photographing and filming weddings across the Gold Coast, Byron Bay, the Tweed Shire, the Scenic Rim and Brisbane. It has been running since 2014 and is now a close-knit team of four photographers and three videographers, each with more than a decade behind them, all shooting in a consistent house style and editing in-house.

Style & Approach

Romantic and natural, with warm tones and natural skin, and a candid eye that documents the day as it unfolds with just enough direction to keep things easy. As they put it, it is less like a photoshoot and more like spending time with old friends who happen to have a camera. Couples who expect to feel awkward are guided as much or as little as they need.

Ideal For

Couples who want photography and film from one team rather than two vendors, and who would rather be at their own party than managed through it. Coverage runs from a two-hour elopement to a nine-hour wedding day, so both a small ceremony and a full celebration are catered. Dogs at weddings are actively encouraged.

  • Elopement Photography. Two hours from ceremony start, covering guest and family group shots and a portrait session, with a preview delivered within 48 hours. Additional hours can be added.
  • Elopement Photography and Videography. Two hours of combined photo and video coverage from ceremony start.
