Hemingway’s Brewery occupies the old sugar wharf sheds at Crystalbrook Superyacht Marina in Port Douglas — polished timber floors, elegant tropical styling and bi-fold doors folding back onto a wide deck over the water, with its own beers brewed on site.
The Port Douglas venue is customisable from intimate gatherings of ten guests through to functions of five hundred, with air-conditioned interiors and open-air deck areas that can be taken separately or together. Catering scales the same way — canapés, boards, stations, seated feasts and plated service — poured alongside award-winning craft beers, premium wines and cocktails. The brewery also runs venues at Cairns Wharf, the Trinity Tap House and Sails, so a wedding party can move between waterfront rooms across the region under one events team.
