The Townsville Yacht Club sits on the marina waterfront where Ross Creek meets the city — masts, water and festoon lights as the backdrop for receptions that run from intimate dinners on The Deck to two-hundred-guest celebrations across the club.
The air-conditioned Mariner’s Room hosts up to 100 cocktail-style or 70 banquet with a dance floor, fully kitted with AV, sound system and bridal table. Outside, the Foredeck Pavilion marquee glows with festoon and flame lights over the marina for 150 cocktail guests, and booking both spaces opens the whole waterfront for 200. A dedicated function coordinator tailors packages — plated, buffet or canapés — to style and budget, and The Deck Restaurant handles intimate parties of 40.
