The estate is a working vineyard with a single modern glass-walled house at its centre, and the whole proposition is privacy: mountain views in every direction, no neighbours, and a sky the owners describe as star-strewn and occasionally lit by the southern lights.
Resolutely contemporary rather than rustic. Wrap-around glass walls and a wrap-around veranda, a 4.5-metre island bench, a marble dining table, in-ceiling speakers and a courtyard with a fire pit.
