A purpose-built function centre on the Seaport waterfront at Invermay, minutes from the Launceston CBD, with the Tamar River through the windows of every room and a deck of barrel tables looking across the marina to the hills. Modern rather than historic — natural light, clean lines and a big open-plan room that can be laid out however you want it.

Setting & Style

Two rooms and a deck. The Memory Maker Room is the main space, open-plan and taking up to 250 for a cocktail reception or laid out with long tables under festoon lights. The Boathouse Brews Room is the small one, a daytime coffee space that turns into a function room for up to 50. The deck runs along the waterfront for pre-dinner drinks.
