Setting & Style

The Pavilion is a timber rotunda on the lake, taken exclusively with its own bar, seating up to 50 on white folding chairs. The reception room is the winery restaurant — floor-to-ceiling windows over the vines, an inbuilt stage, a dance floor, and a choice of banquet rounds or long tables. Food is the restaurant's own, from a shared table feast to a four-course premium degustation with paired wines.

The Need-to-Knows

There is a minimum spend, and it varies by season and day. October to March: $15,000 Saturday–Sunday, $12,000 Monday–Friday. April to September: $10,000 Saturday–Sunday, $8,000 Monday–Friday.
Reception packages for 2026 run $215 per head for a two-course shared table feast or alternate drop, $235 for three courses, and $240 to $260 for the à la carte and premium degustation options. Every package includes the ceremony and a five-hour classic beverage package.
The restaurant serves lunch until 3.30pm, so set-up access for the reception is from 3.30pm and access to the main venue is not available before 6pm. Ceremony access is from 12pm.
The cellar door stays open to the public for tasting until 5pm and guests cannot use that area before then.
Everything finishes at 11pm — music, bar and entertainment — with guests off site by 11.30pm. A function running to 10pm or later carries a $300 security fee.
No BYO. Corkage on any bottle found on site is $25 wine, $10 beer or premixed, $80 spirits, regardless of how much is left.
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit confirms the date; 50% is due three months out and the balance 14 days before. Public holidays carry a 10% surcharge.
Wet weather: the Pavilion covers 50–60 guests, and the venue recommends hiring a marquee if rain is forecast.

Reception package rates are published per person for three separate years and the applicable column for a 2026 wedding is the middle one. 2026 rates: Shared Table Feast $215 for two courses or $235 for three; Alternate Drop $215 for two courses or $235 for three; A La Carte $240 for two courses or $260 for three; Premium Degustation $235 for three courses or $255 for four. Note the ordering oddity, which was checked against the document's column layout rather than assumed: the three-course Premium Degustation at $235 is cheaper than the three-course A La Carte at $260.
Each package includes the ceremony package, canapes at 3 per person, bread, cake served on platters, and the Classic Beverage Package - five hours from immediately post-ceremony, covering Josef Chromy NV sparkling, two white wines and one red from the current vintage, house beers full strength and light, two house ciders, soft drinks, juice, tea and coffee. Extending it is $10 per person per additional hour. Booking terms: a non-refundable $1,000 deposit with a signed contract secures the date. At least three months before, 50% of estimated costs is due; 14 days before, the balance including room hire.
