Wedding Photographers · Bendigo, Victoria
Twenty-four18 is Dave, a Bendigo wedding photographer and filmmaker who took the name from his own wedding date. He is originally from the UK, has been shooting weddings for more than six years, and works from a Mitchell Street address in Bendigo. Photography and film are sold as two separate services.
He describes the work as authentic, fun and timeless, and says he prefers to blend in and keep his impact on the day small. The galleries lean warm and golden, with a full run of getting-ready detail — rings, invitations, the dress, the bridesmaids — before the ceremony coverage begins. A roll of vintage 35 mm film can be added.
Couples marrying around Bendigo and the Goldfields who want one supplier for both photographs and a film, and who like the idea of a full nine-hour day rather than a package built by the hour.
Photography is $4,200 for nine hours, and he states that pricing for 2026 and 2027 weddings starts there. Film is a separate $5,200. Extra hours run $275 for photography and $300 for film, a second photographer is $250 an hour with a four-hour minimum, and a sneak peek of 25 or more images arrives within 48 hours. There is no travel charge within an hour of Bendigo; beyond that he quotes.
He has won a regional wedding industry award every year from 2020 to 2026, and he publishes a guide to his favourite Bendigo venues covering Chateau Dore, Ravenswood Homestead, Mackenzie Quarters, Belvoir Park Estate, Harcourt Valley, Waratah Weddings and Sutton Grange — several of which are also listed here.
