Carrajung Estate is a boutique vineyard on 100 acres at Willung South, in the hills between Traralgon and the coast. It runs a restaurant, a cellar door and four lodges as well as the wedding business, so a Carrajung wedding is built to be a weekend: ceremony in the vines, dinner in the restaurant, and everyone asleep on the property.
Multiple ceremony sites across the estate — among the vineyards, under eucalypts, on the rolling hills. Sit-down receptions run in the restaurant, which extends onto a deck and lawn overlooking the vines; cocktail receptions run in a dedicated function room that doubles as the wet-weather ceremony space. Glass down the vineyard side, long tables, pendant lighting.
Couples in the 40–120 range who want food and wine at the centre of the day and a full weekend rather than an evening.
A vineyard restaurant that opens onto a deck over the vines, with four lodges behind it so the whole party stays the weekend.
