The Need-to-Knows

Every guest arrives by bus. The venue’s traffic management plan requires all guests to be transported to and from the site; on-site parking is limited to essential vendors. Bus transfers are charged in proportion to guest numbers. Budget for it from the start.
Venue hire is exclusive use from 2pm to midnight, any day of the week, with earlier starts negotiable.
