• Every service is by appointment. A new-client consultation runs about 90 minutes, beginning with a walk-through of the showroom before the bride selects gowns; the store estimates time enough for roughly six dresses. A stylist stays in the fitting room throughout, helping the bride in and out of the gowns. Monday-to-Friday appointments are complimentary; Saturday is treated as a priority slot and carries a fee, refundable with 72 hours' notice, introduced because of late cancellations. Second visits, for retrying favourites or having measurements taken, run 60 minutes. Two appointment types — the Galia Lahav Couture appointment, which is compulsory before trying anything from the Haute Couture or GALA collections and comes with a senior stylist and the Exclusive Private Suite, and the Private Suite appointment for brides who want to be seen by no one but their own guests. Evening gown appointments are far looser: usually available same-day, with walk-ins more easily accommodated.
