Birregurra Wildflowers is a flower farm before it is a florist. Established in 2018, it grows and arranges its own blooms on a property seven kilometres from Birregurra, overlooking the Otway ranges — a paddock to vase family business, in their own words. The tone is unfussy and rooted in the place the flowers come from.
Style & Signature Blooms
More than seventy wildflower species are planted here: kangaroo paw, banksia, eucalypt, wattle, tea tree and native daisy, alongside South African proteas. The look follows from that — textural, seasonal and unmistakably native, built on what is cut that week rather than on a fixed palette. The blooms are grown without pesticides and chosen partly for their long vase life.

Couples marrying in Birregurra or anywhere across the Otways who want native, locally grown flowers and like the idea that the paddock is up the road. The grower openly encourages country weddings in the area and points to the local venues, caterers, celebrants and accommodation around her.
The Need-to-Knows
No prices, packages or minimum spend are published. Costings come by email once you give the date and the list of florals you need — bouquets, buttonholes, flower crowns, corsages, hair flowers, a posy to throw, arches and arbours, chair posies, table centrepieces and cake flowers are all offered. Hire items are not. Bespoke work is by appointment.
Standout Feature
Almost no wedding florist grows what it sells. Here the flowers are cut from the family’s own rows, which is why the range is wildflowers rather than imported stems and why availability moves with the season. If you want native flowers that were grown a few kilometres from your ceremony rather than flown in, this is an unusually direct way to get them.
