- NOTHING IS PUBLISHED. There is no capacity, per-head rate, room hire fee, minimum spend, bond, package or deposit anywhere on the site, and the domain serves no PDF. The whole venue offer is six sentences on one page ending 'Contact the club on 0499711036 or via email info@esperancegolfclub.org, about bookings, or to make further enquiries about venue hire.' Recorded as gated.
- CATERING IS LIMITED AND THE CLUB SAYS SO: 'We provide limited catering, or you can make your own arrangements.' A couple should assume an external caterer and confirm what the club's own kitchen can do. NO DIETARY POSITION IS STATED and no menu is published, which is why dietary_options_supported is NULL.
- WHAT THE ROOM HAS, verbatim: 'a fully licenced bar with seating. With a dance floor and outside areas overlooking the 18 hole course and lakes.' That is the complete description of the facilities.
- IT IS NOT A DEDICATED WEDDING VENUE. The club lists its function uses as 'Wedding receptions / Engagement Party / Business meetings / Conferences / Birthday parties', and the site carries only two occurrences of the word 'wedding' in total. It markets RECEPTIONS specifically - no ceremony offer appears anywhere.
- THIS LISTING RESOLVES A BATCH 162 DEFERRAL, AND THE TWO CONDITIONS WERE CHECKED EXPLICITLY.
